If Derek was from the old school, I honestly don't know which school Simon's from!   This quiet chap has a sense of humour that is not only wicked, but can drip with vitriol.  And he does him best to keep productivity up by coming into our offices and demanding "More productivity!  More productivity!!"  Oh - the oranges he hand out from his filing cabinet?  That must be how he keeps his wit so acidic.
