Veronique...
And the person who has to keep all of us in tow, is Veronique. She keeps us awake with coffee, she keeps us fed with croissants, and the occasional cake or two. In fact, life here at VVSB would be difficult without her. She was instrumental in organising a few surprise birthday parties, (the best being Anil's).. so we paid her back...
