Our Chinese contingent!
Well, Kerry, Anny and Kent are from China and are part of us. The chap in the middle of the picture is Anny's husband, who is from China, but has very wisely stayed away from us!. Kent turned away just when the picture was taken. (Just to be clear, Kent is from Taiwan, but if you support the one China policy...) |

I find it interesting that in the midst of all the conversations on the boat, I find Mandarin being spoken. There was English and French, and I do believe, a little Bulgarian(?) but it's hearing an Asian language in the midst of a un-Asian scene...that's what makes it so interesting.
