Chip's return - 5

When all was said and done, Chip had returned to rule the roost.  

But not before Lionel reminded Regina that some of the crowd had been lured up to the Market place by her e-mail that promised a view of Chip's beautiful tighty-white-tights! (No, not those tighty-whities!  These were the compression tights he had to wear post-DVT...)

Guess what - the Prez obliged!
